HiredChina Enters Harbin Engineering University, Organizes Online Employment Sharing Session for International Students

On June 26, HiredChina Hong Kong Anshida International Talent Group was invited by the International College of Harbin Engineering University to organize and host an online employment sharing session for international students on campus. The event covered practical topics including major career directions for international students seeking jobs in China, resume writing, interview skills, and job search channels, attracting active participation from students across multiple countries.

The session consisted of four segments: HiredChina first systematically outlined key career directions and job-seeking essentials for international students in China, covering industry selection, visa policies, resume writing, and interview preparation, and demonstrated live how to use theHiredChina.complatform to search for and apply to positions. Subsequently, representatives from companies such as Xinwang (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Jinfa Technology shared their international talent recruitment needs and career development pathways. In the final Q&A segment, students interacted with guests regarding internship opportunities and job requirements.

Student Feedback: Genuine Needs, Clear Intentions

After the event, several students proactively reached out to the HiredChina team to express gratitude and request further consultation. One student, Anas from Pakistan pursuing a master’s degree, wrote in his message: “Your insights during the talk were highly inspiring—I’ve already submitted my bilingual resume to relevant HR departments.” Anas holds a bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry and over two years of QC work experience, and is expected to graduate in 2028. He hopes to continue his professional development in China and seeks further guidance on career planning. The university representative also commented: “I asked a few students afterward—they gave very positive feedback. Thank you for building this platform, which gives us more opportunities to connect directly with our target audience.”

Corporate Feedback: Precise Reach, Efficient Conversion

The session also facilitated targeted alignment with international talent demands from multiple enterprises. HR representatives reported receiving direct inquiries from several students afterward, demonstrating strong job-seeking intent and significantly improving the efficiency of reaching international talent. This has laid the foundation for establishing an initial pool of international talent reserves and unlocked potential for sustained conversion.

Continuously Deepening Engagement: Building Bridges Between International Talent and Enterprises

This online employment sharing session at Harbin Engineering University marks another step in HiredChina’s ongoing efforts to serve international students on campus, following previous initiatives at Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) and The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). As a specialized cross-border human resources service provider, HiredChina will continue leveraging its global network spanning over 20 countries and a database of more than 6 million international professionals to deliver expert career guidance and job matching services for international students, while helping overseas-facing enterprises precisely connect with globally competent talent possessing language advantages and professional expertise, supporting the global expansion of Chinese enterprises.
