HiredChina Co-organizes the Tianhe Haibao Lecture Series (Jiangmen Station), with Two Experts Sharing Practical Insights on Brand Expansion and Talent Management
On June 25, the sixth session of the Tianhe Haibao Lecture Series (Jiangmen Station) was held in Jiangmen. The event was guided by the Jiangmen Municipal Justice Bureau and the Jiangmen Municipal Law Society, hosted by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Financial and Legal Services Center and the Greater Bay Area Overseas Interests Protection Center, with HiredChina Hong Kong Anshida International Talent Group serving as one of the co-organizers. Nearly a hundred representatives from over 50 organizations attended the event.
Focused on "Industrial Investment, Brand Deployment, and Human Resource Development for Going Global to Southeast Asia and Central Asia," the event provided practical guidance for enterprises going global through research report releases, expert lectures, and on-site discussions. In his opening remarks, Huang Qiulian, Director of the Greater Bay Area Overseas Interests Protection Center, stated this was the first time the lecture series had left Guangzhou and integrated into other cities within the Greater Bay Area, aiming to build a practical and efficient platform for learning and exchange for local enterprises.
Leaders' Speeches
At the beginning of the event, Huang Qiulian, Director of the Greater Bay Area Overseas Interests Protection Center and Chairperson of the Outbound Enterprise Protection Working Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Social Organizations Association, delivered a speech. He pointed out that this marked the first time since the inception of the "Tianhe Haibao Lecture Series" that it had ventured beyond Guangzhou and been integrated into sister cities of the Greater Bay Area—a significant practice in extending the full-chain foreign-related rule-of-law services to regional industries. Director Huang summarized overseas interests protection for outbound enterprises into twelve characters: "Go Out, Stay Put, Make Profits, Return Safely," covering the entire lifecycle of enterprise internationalization. He expressed hope that this session would help establish a practical and efficient learning and exchange platform for local enterprises, enabling them to advance steadily and sustainably in their global expansion.
Release of the Research Report: "Compliance Research Report on Chinese Enterprises' Human Resource Employment Management Abroad – Southeast Asia Regional Practice Guide"
Following Director Huang's speech, the lecture series entered a pivotal segment—addressing the urgent need for compliant human resource management when entering Southeast Asia, HiredChina Hong Kong Anshida International Talent Group, the Greater Bay Area Overseas Interests Protection Center, Loda Consulting Services Group, the Outbound Enterprise Protection Working Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Social Organizations Association, and Guangdong Hongxin Junrui Law Firm jointly developed the "Compliance Research Report on Chinese Enterprises' Human Resource Employment Management Abroad – Southeast Asia Regional Practice Guide."
Under the eyes of all guests, representatives from the five contributing organizations jointly launched the joint release ceremony, greeted with enthusiastic applause.
During the event, two experts from HiredChina delivered specialized presentations on brand localization and talent recruitment, respectively.
