HiredChina Attends Shenzhen SMEs' International Expansion Special Exchange Event, Exploring New Opportunities in Global Talent and Enterprise Overseas Expansion

On the afternoon of July 28, 2026, the Shenzhen SMEs International Expansion Special Exchange Event was successfully held. Organized by the Shenzhen Association for Promoting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the Shenzhen Association for International Technology Cooperation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the event was co-organized by HiredChina Hong Kong Anshida International Talent Group, Bank of Communications Xili Branch, Zhongjia Intellectual Property Services Group, and Lenovo Group. Focusing on the international development needs of enterprises, the event featured discussions on global talent, intellectual property, financial services, and digital transformation, providing diversified support for Shenzhen SMEs to expand into overseas markets.

During the event, participants shared insights on topics including intellectual property strategy and infringement risks, cross-border financial services, and enterprise digital transformation, offering valuable references for companies to refine their overseas business strategies and enhance their international operational capabilities.

Ye Qiting, Chairman and CEO of HiredChina Hong Kong Anshida International Talent Group, delivered a presentation titled "Solutions for International Talent Recruitment and Management in Chinese Enterprises Going Global," covering overseas high-end talent acquisition, overseas team management, cross-cultural operations, and market expansion and channel development. The discussion highlighted the critical role of international talent in driving corporate globalization. During the process of going global, talent, intellectual property, finance, and digital capabilities have become key enablers for sustained overseas business growth.

The event concluded with an open networking session, during which enterprise representatives and guest speakers engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as overseas market expansion, international talent recruitment and management, and cross-border business development, further strengthening resource connections and collaborations between enterprises and professional service providers.

This event provided a valuable platform for Shenzhen SMEs to engage in international planning and deepened their focus on international talent services and global operational capabilities.
