Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily business communication with Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clients. 2. Handle customer orders, track shipment schedules, and promptly address and resolve any issues or emergencies related to orders. 3. Coordinate with production planning to ensure monthly shipment schedules are not affected. 4. Maintain customer records, update, supplement, and complete and update data in a timely manner. 5. Manage accounts receivable and assist the finance department with account reconciliation. 6. Confirm trade contract terms with clients and organize and collect confirmed orders and contracts. 7. Follow instructions from superiors and complete assigned duties.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program. 2. More than 2 years of experience as a foreign trade manager (fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese, at least one). 3. Familiar with foreign trade export processes and international trade knowledge. 4. Good communication skills, event handling abilities, and stress resilience. 5. Experience in handling large shipments and solving production and delivery issues. 6. Familiar with international trade terms. 7. Basic business English proficiency. 8. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc. 9. Experience in working for large export trade companies is preferred.
