Job Responsibilities

1. Establish e-commerce warehouse management systems, implement 6S management, and improve e-commerce warehouse operating procedures. 2. Strictly follow warehouse transfer processes, and ensure product acceptance, inventory management, storage, stocktaking, and reconciliation tasks. 3. Conduct regular stocktaking, analyze discrepancies, and ensure consistency between records and physical inventory. 4. Maintain good interaction with logistics carriers, complete goods outbound processes in a timely manner, track logistics, handle exceptions, and verify accounts and inventory. 5. Responsible for building and managing the team at the overseas warehouse, and developing and improving systems and procedures.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, with a preference for logistics and warehousing-related majors. 2. Over two years of experience in warehouse management preferred. 3. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with excellent on-site management and control abilities. 4. Proficiency in English or familiarity with Portuguese is preferred.
