Job Responsibilities
Job Description: Develop a strong high-level knowledge of the breadth of our client’s portfolio and current industry solutions. Participate in sales meetings. Gather customer needs and understand their business goals. Based on our client’s products and existing solutions library, build project solutions to meet customer needs. Manage customer’s technical queries and coordinate the resources to respond to the customer, responsible for responding to RFI/RFPs. Develop, deliver, and perform presentations, POC demos, proof of concepts, and proposals. Should be comfortable speaking to clients regarding their technology needs and making recommendations. Provide pre-sales technical support for customers. Present our products and solutions to customers, design and execute POC demonstration projects, and form reports. Train customers and cooperate with early deployment Communicate customer requirements to the product team Provide first-line technical response at all stages of the sales cycle Responsible for tracking project operation and collecting and analyzing data; responsible for optimizing and improving the solutions. Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the customer operation team Engage in and champion the processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity Other duties as may be appropriate and applicable. Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer/mechanical/electronic/automation. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with Pre-Sales exposure Experience in mechatronics, automation, and robotics is required; experience in the cleaning industry, retail, healthcare, hotel, airport, and other industries is also a plus; Strong sense of responsibility, good at solving problems in an uncertain environment Possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset. Strong project management, organization and coordination, cross-team communication, problem-solving, and analysis skills Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with diverse personalities. Suitable for the fast-paced and highly flexible work environment, at least 30% of travel, almost entirely within the United States Native English, Mandarin is a plus Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
