Job Responsibilities

Job Description:  Develop a strong high-level knowledge of the breadth of our client’s portfolio and current industry solutions.  Participate in sales meetings.  Gather customer needs and understand their business goals.  Based on our client’s products and existing solutions library, build project solutions to meet customer needs.  Manage customer’s technical queries and coordinate the resources to respond to the customer, responsible for responding to RFI/RFPs.  Develop, deliver, and perform presentations, POC demos, proof of concepts, and proposals.  Should be comfortable speaking to clients regarding their technology needs and making recommendations.  Provide pre-sales technical support for customers.  Present our products and solutions to customers, design and execute POC demonstration projects, and form reports.  Train customers and cooperate with early deployment  Communicate customer requirements to the product team  Provide first-line technical response at all stages of the sales cycle  Responsible for tracking project operation and collecting and analyzing data; responsible for optimizing and improving the solutions.  Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the customer operation team  Engage in and champion the processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity  Other duties as may be appropriate and applicable. Job Requirements

Job Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in computer/mechanical/electronic/automation.  2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with Pre-Sales exposure  Experience in mechatronics, automation, and robotics is required; experience in the cleaning industry, retail, healthcare, hotel, airport, and other industries is also a plus;  Strong sense of responsibility, good at solving problems in an uncertain environment  Possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset.  Strong project management, organization and coordination, cross-team communication, problem-solving, and analysis skills  Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with diverse personalities.  Suitable for the fast-paced and highly flexible work environment, at least 30% of travel, almost entirely within the United States  Native English, Mandarin is a plus  Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
