Job Responsibilities
1.To follow the consultation and inquiries from overseas customers, handle customers’ booking and provide after-sales services; 2.To be responsible for handling customers’ complaints and making return visits with customers; 3.To give timely feedback and solutions of problems in daily work to ensure the normal progress of team work; 4.To be responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above; 2.Excellent English speaking and application skills, excellent English writing skills would be a plus; 3.At least one-year work experience, related work experiences as English customer service in the industry of Internet or e-commerce are preferred; 4.Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, good service attitude, and strong strain capacity; 5.Accept to work in the evening and on weekends, and accept scheduling breaks depending on the work shifts.
