Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to complete pre-sales tasks, providing technical guidance, solution design, product training, and presentations to clients. Responsible for formulating technical solutions for various projects, conducting technical feasibility assessments, design review meetings, and product 选型 (technical selection). Coordinate between frontline teams and internal departments to timely complete tender documents for India or other regions. Assist in resolving post-sales issues. Manage new product launch support, including pre-sales training, post-sales support, and requirement updates. Support sales teams with short-term business trips for pre-sales and post-sales tasks.
Job Requirements
Preferred majors: Electrical engineering or related fields. At least 1 year of work experience, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. Excellent oral English proficiency for smooth communication with foreign clients. Experience in pre-sales and post-sales roles, with proven capabilities in issue closure, requirement collection/analysis/implementation. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to adapt to domestic and international business trips (mainly in Asia and Africa), averaging 2-4 months per year. Serious work attitude, strong responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and high stress resistance.
