As a Student Recruitment Manager, you are integral in coordinating potential students in starting their journey with ACBI and AIBI Higher Education. The ideal candidate not only thrives in international markets but is also highly competent in selling online training courses to domestic students and corporate clients. 学生是我们的核心,对于理想的应聘者来说亦然!作为一名学生招聘经理,您将在协调潜在学生开始他们的 ACBI 和 AIBI 高等教育之旅方面发挥不可或缺的作用。理想的候选人不仅要在国际市场上游刃有余,还要在向国内学生和企业客户销售在线培训课程方面具有很强的能力。 Job Responsibilities: 工作职责: 1.Develop and implement comprehensive international student recruitment strategies, including targeted outreach campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and relationship-building with overseas partners. 2.Build relationships with prospective international students and their families, as well as with educational consultants, agents, and other stakeholders involved in the international student recruitment process. 3.Coordinate and recruit international students, as well as handling enquiries. 4.Connect and engage with overseas partnerships and new agents. 5.Coordinate with other departments within the institution to ensure that the needs of international students are met, including academic advising, housing, and student services Able to engage with many clients, including students, agents and other corporate stakeholders. 6.Maintain agent partnerships with stakeholders both onshore and offshore. 7.Able to initiate new business opportunities and reach quarterly sales targets. 8.Engage with students and positively contribute towards a dynamic and positive work culture. 9.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to international student recruitment and admissions, including TEQSA, ASQA, CRICOS, the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant laws and regulations. 制定并实施全面的国际学生招生战略,包括有针对性的外联活动、数字营销工作以及与海外合作伙伴建立关系 与潜在留学生及其家庭、教育顾问、代理以及参与留学生招生过程的其他利益相关者建立关系 协调和招募留学生,并处理相关咨询 与海外合作伙伴和新代理建立联系并开展合作 与学校其他部门协调,确保满足留学生的需求,包括学术指导、住宿和学生服务等 能够与众多客户接触,包括学生、代理和其他企业利益相关者 与在岸和离岸利益相关者保持代理伙伴关系 能够创造新的业务机会,实现季度销售目标 与学生互动,积极营造充满活力、积极向上的工作文化氛围 确保遵守与国际学生招聘和录取相关的所有适用法规,包括 TEQSA、ASQA、CRICOS、内政部及其他相关法律法规。

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience: 技能与经验: · Must be multilingual – able to articulate with international and local stakeholders · Highly competent in communicating with overseas agents · Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience in the Education Sector · Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful international student recruitment strategies · Strong understanding of the international student recruitment landscape, including knowledge of cultural, legal, and regulatory considerations · Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations · Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines · Experience with database management and data analysis · Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work · Bachelor degree in either sales or business · Must have relevant experience in student recruitment and/or sales · Demonstrate excellent written and verbal fluency and communication · Sales driven and able to collaborate within a larger team to reach targets and deadlines · Diligent and self-motivated – must have efficient time management skills 必须精通多种语言--能够与国际和当地合作方进行沟通 具备与海外代理沟通的能力 在教育部门至少有 2-3 年的类似工作经验 具备制定和实施成功的留学生招生战略的能力 对国际学生招生工作有深刻理解,包括文化、法律和监管方面的知识 出色的沟通、关系建设和网络技能,能够有效地与不同人群打交道 组织能力强,能够同时管理多个项目并在截止日期前完成任务 具有数据库管理和数据分析经验 在工作的各个方面都表现出对多元化、公平和包容的承诺 销售或商务学士学位 必须具有学生招聘和/或销售方面的相关经验 具备出色的书面和口头表达能力及沟通能力 以销售为导向,能够在更大的团队中协作完成目标和期限要求 勤奋、自我激励--必须具备高效的时间管理技能
