Job Responsibilities

Job Description:  Become a trusted advisor with the sales and customer by building a credible business and technical consultant relationship while working alongside the sales and other peers within our client. Act as technical advisor/resource for sales and prospects as they navigate the sales cycle.  Develop a strong high-level knowledge of the breadth of our client’s portfolio and current industry solutions.  Responsible for researching industry needs, exploring value points, maintaining the demand pool, and regularly forming research reports.  Manage key account technical queries and coordinate the resources to respond to the customer.  Develop, deliver, and perform presentations, POC demos, proof of concepts, and proposals to industry and key accounts.  Support sales activities.  Host stakeholder whiteboarding sessions, technical workshops, and solution validating (e.g., custom presentations, demonstrations, POCs, etc.)  Responsible for responding to key accounts’ RFI/RFPs.  Responsible for researching application scenarios, designing industry solutions, designing and supervising POC demos and project deployment and implementation, and dynamically optimizing and improving solutions to meet customers’ needs and solve their pain points.  Match client needs with Our Client’s solutions, design and delivers unique business caucused value-based solutions for each project, ensuring they meet customer’s success criteria.  Design solution evaluation KPI, using project implementation data to close-loop verification and optimize the solution, ensuring it meets customers’ expectations.  Responsible for product demand research, connecting with R&D teams, supporting new product planning and design, and turning demand into opportunities.  Strive to establish yourself as an influential industry solution expert responsible for communicating with key accounts.  Responsible for documentation of solutions, best practices, customer case studies, etc., to share within the organization.  Lead execution of the entire project lifecycle, from planning, through implementation, to operational readiness.  Other duties as may be appropriate and applicable.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in computer/mechanical/electronic/automation/management information system, master's degree is preferred;  More than 5 years of working experience in customer-facing product positions, pre-sales and solution experience are preferred;  Experience in mechatronics, automation, and robotics is required; experience in the cleaning industry, retail, healthcare, hotel, airport, and other industries is also a plus;  Possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset;  Excellent communication skills, including retaining nuanced information related to prospect pain points  Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft and deliver both business and technical presentations.  Strong information retrieval, analysis, and research capabilities to form industry development trends and demand research reports;  Experience interacting with all levels of an organization, including members of the C-Suite  Strong project management, organization and coordination, cross-team communication, problem-solving, and analysis skills  Imaginative, able to combine customer needs with Our Client’s solutions  Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with diverse personalities.  Have a strong passion for becoming an influential industry solutions expert in an emerging field  Comfortable working in a global enterprise setting while focused on the localized customer base, willingness to Travel (approximately 30%)  English is native language level, Mandarin is a plus  Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
