Job Responsibilities

1.Strong Customer Development Skills Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to develop new customers, with solid knowledge of B2B business models and effective strategies for acquiring clients through both traditional and online channels. 2.Effective Relationship Management with Existing Customers Maintains strong and professional relationships with existing clients. Skilled in expanding product categories and increasing order volumes through deep understanding of customer preferences, enabling accurate promotion of suitable solutions to meet their needs. 3.Outstanding Performance at Trade Exhibitions Proactive and engaging at exhibitions, with the ability to attract potential buyers, take detailed notes on product selections, and independently analyze customer needs. Capable of offering tailored solutions and quotations accordingly. Strong sales ability to promote new product lines and gather immediate feedback from buyers on-site. 4.Timely and Accurate Enquiry Follow-Up Able to accurately analyze customer enquiries and collaborate with purchasing managers and designers to ensure the preparation of high-value, competitive quotations that meet client expectations. 5.Efficient Order Management Handles daily order processing efficiently, including timely preparation of PIs, obtaining correct PPS confirmations, and close coordination with merchandisers and the purchasing team to ensure on-time, quality-compliant shipments. Also responsible for preparing shipping documents and coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely payments. 6.Excellent Documentation and Filing Skills Maintains accurate and well-organized records in line with the company’s export system, ensuring that all documents are correctly updated and saved in the appropriate folders and formats.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. 2.3–5 years of experience in relevant product categories, including ceramics, porcelain, tableware, kitchenware, etc. 3.Proactive and results-driven personality with strong logical thinking; able to work independently under pressure; cheerful, positive, and highly self-motivated. 4.Excellent command of both written and spoken English. 5.Strong communication skills; customer-oriented, self-initiated, a good team player, and effective problem solver. 6.Highly efficient, responsible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high level of professional integrity.
