Job Responsibilities

Job Description: 1. Under the leadership of the General Manager of Operations and the President, responsible for the coordination of the front desk. 2. Provide efficient and high quality service, especially for VIP guests. 3. Responsible for the public relations of the front desk; responsible for handling complaints and crisis events in the area. 4. Cooperate closely with all departments and be familiar with relevant medical knowledge and information. 5. Responsible for high quality customer service satisfaction to leaders at all levels, to do a good job of brand promotion and maintenance for the company. 6. Mediate disputes: quickly and properly deal with critical comments made by customers, avoid direct disputes between customers and staff, resolve conflicts and reduce customer complaints. The results of the processing of customer comments and valid complaints in a timely manner within the specified time to reply. 7. Regular reports: regular summary and analysis of customer information, customer needs and customer opinions on the hospital's products or services and other aspects. 8. Actively participate in learning and training inside and outside the hospital, and strive to improve the business level and self-improvement.

Job Requirements
