Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements: 1、Familiar with the processes of the loan agency/international logistics industry, with more than 2 years of experience in sea transportation/land transportation/air transportation/operation customer service. 2. Be familiar with the one-stop customer service, operation and document processing workflow; 3. International Trade/Business English/Logistics Management major is preferred, with good English reading and writing skills. 4. Proficiency in operating common software such as Foxmail and outlook, and familiarity with the FMS system is preferred. 5. Possess good communication skills and learning ability; 6. Those with relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry are preferred
Job Requirements
1、Be responsible for negotiating with customers, receiving orders, and arranging booking space, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, settlement and other matters; 2. Prepare sea/air transport documents and other related files, be responsible for entering receivables and payables, and arrange invoicing matters; 3. Be responsible for providing overseas agency business documents and goods release matters; 4. Sorting and filing of documents and files, etc. 5. Handling customer complaints and disputes, as well as other related tasks assigned by superiors
