Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for showcasing the image of lobby property services; 2.Responsible for visitor registration and reception guidance at the front desk of the lobby; 3.Provide consulting services to visiting businesses in fluent Chinese/English, and do a good job in sending and welcoming guests with etiquette; 4.Responsible for conducting environmental inspections in the lobby area, including music, lighting, cleanliness, greenery, aromatherapy, etc., and promptly following up on any issues found; 5. Responsible for promptly answering various inquiries and transferring phone calls. 6.Responsible for office building etiquette reception and explanation work. 7.Responsible for receiving complaints, consultations, and repair requests from business owners. Familiar with the workflow of various positions in the lobby, and cooperate with the front desk receptionist to handle unexpected and emergency situations.
Job Requirements
1.Basic requirements: Under 30 years old, female height above 170CM, male height above 180CM. 2.Experience requirement: More than one year of work experience, fluent in both Chinese and English, proficient in using office software. 3.Good image, good temperament and quality, lively and cheerful, with good service awareness and communication skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, serious and meticulous work, and a sense of responsibility.
