Job Responsibilities
As the General Manager of the Overseas Business Division, lead the division's operational work, including quality management, delivery, production, planning, procurement, and human resources. Participate in formulating the company's development strategy and annual business plan. Lead and organize the implementation of the Overseas Business Division's operational strategic plan to achieve corporate business objectives. Oversee the division's finance, customer service, human resources, administration, material control, production, manufacturing engineering, quality management, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Material Engineering. Proficiency in English, German, or Spanish as a working language. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in roles such as Operations Director, Deputy General Manager, or General Manager.
