Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Able to answer phone calls from customers in English speaking regions, quickly and accurately reply and deal with inquiries and feedback from all kinds of customers around the world, and facilitate transactions; 2. Deal with abnormal orders, such as message, incomplete address, no product address, overweight, etc.; 3. Follow up the progress of orders to ensure the timely completion of orders; 4. Properly deal with bad comments, customer complaints and disputes in orders, improve account praise rate, and keep account running in good condition;
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: 1, college degree or above, no gender limitation, can accept outstanding fresh graduates, training on post; 2. Major in International Economics and trade, English is preferred; 3. Cheerful personality, active thinking, strong initiative and execution, high efficiency, good customer service awareness; 4. Proactive, serious, patient, responsible, hard-working, willing to engage in customer service positions. 5. Fluent oral English, cet-6 or above. This position may require night shift with night subsidy.
