Job Responsibilities
Take charge of the company's comprehensive management work, including finance, human resources, safety management, and infrastructure construction. Regularly prepare and submit various business reports to management. Assist the General Manager in handling daily administrative affairs and special projects. Be responsible for team management and profit-loss accounting. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient operation of business processes.
Job Requirements
Master’s degree or above in International Business, Finance, or related majors. Over 10 years of relevant work experience; preference for those with experience in international renowned accounting firms. Familiar with German accounting standards and laws/regulations related to human resources. Possess team management experience and the ability to independently handle profit-loss accounting. Excellent multilingual skills (German is mandatory). Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as report writing capabilities. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate strong stress resistance.
