Job Responsibilities

1.Familiar with or proficient in hardware and software technical knowledge of consumer electronics or automotive electronics, as well as related tool applications. 2.Responsible for overall project management of product testing, assisting the project manager to ensure testing and quality delivery within the QCTP dimensions. 3.Organize requirement analysis and reviews, test technical solution reviews, and establish process quality control norms and standards during the product testing phase. 4.Participate in testing risk assessments, technical reviews of test defects, test report audits, test data control and evaluation, and take responsibility for the overall delivery quality of the product. 5.Drive the product testing process across departments, ensuring smooth progress and improvements; communicate and collaborate with product, R&D, and project managers to meet result-oriented objectives.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Information Engineering, Applied Electronics Science and Technology, Embedded Systems, or related fields. 2.Over 5 years of hardware and software testing experience, with at least 2 years of project management experience. 3.Familiar with advanced project management processes in the automotive electronics or consumer electronics industry, such as IPD; proficient in testing theories and methodologies, as well as the practice of test tool platformization. 4.Proactive with excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, quick thinking, good communication abilities, and strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and collaboration. 5.Preferably has testing management experience with mobile/smart hardware products, branded automotive electronics, or automotive ODM supplier products. 6.PMP, ACP certifications are preferred.
