Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for handling the company's official documents and relevant materials in coordination. Take charge of property management and asset management, the daily management of the office and exhibition hall, and respond to visitors and incoming calls. Formulate administrative plans, control and execute the budget plan, and be responsible for daily administrative affairs and coordination with the headquarters. Be responsible for docking with the headquarters and external institutions regarding finance, taxation, and personnel matters, personnel recruitment, employee reimbursement, etc. Handle import and customs clearance procedures, and deal with contract documents. Provide support for exhibitions, internal meetings, etc., cooperate with sales materials, and offer Chinese-Japanese translation support.
