Job Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for project coordination and communication. 2. Develop project plans and progress reports, regularly update management and stakeholders on project status and key milestones, monitor and control project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. 3. Facilitate project communication and meeting management, liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow regarding project progress, cost, and quality. 4. Conduct project risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategy development to minimize project risks. 5. Cost management: Prepare project budgets, review and control expenditures, perform regular cost analysis, and collaborate with the finance team for project settlement. Optimize resource allocation through data analysis to improve ROI. 6. Process optimization & innovation: Introduce cutting-edge management methodologies and tools, refine workflows based on project practices, and enhance team efficiency and project success rates. 7. Client relationship management: Maintain strong client relations, address complaints/issues, and deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Other project management duties as assigned by the company/department.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of project management experience in large-scale manufacturing, proficient in cost-benefit management, timeline/quality control, and resource integration. 2. Fluent English in both writing and speaking. 3. Proactive personality with strong organizational, coordination, communication, and analytical skills; adept at report consolidation. 4. Positive attitude, adaptable to fast-paced environments, resilient under pressure, and quick-learning. 5. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
