Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Support: Solve game related issues for players! - Professionally provide in-time resolution to players’ issues or necessary optimization suggestions - Assist CSM prepare training files and coaching CS agents in any issues related to your language - Assist CSM to monitor/ mentor CS performance of your language - Compile reports for major questions and key CS metrics tracking - Any other responsibilities the organization deems necessary 2. Necessary Translation & Testing tasks (not a must) - Translate in game content while retaining the style of the game - Test translations and new functionalities before an update is released - Report on game bugs or other glitches and issues 3. Necessary Community Support (not a must) - Necessary Help assistance to interact with players about game updates through different social media channels

Job Requirements

1. Bilingual English-French 2. Ability to find simple and innovative solutions to complex problems 3. Gamers strongly preferred 4. Customer service/Community experience is a plus 5. Game industry-related experience is a big plus 6. Detail-oriented 7. Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google docs
