Job Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and implementation work for overseas projects (autonomous forklifts), including network deployment, forklift LiDAR calibration, software debugging, scenario debugging, exception handling, customer training, and customer technical support. Promote the resolution of issues during project implementation, complete task objectives on time with guaranteed quality, and ensure timely project acceptance. Regularly summarize and review work, continuously improve efficiency to shorten the acceptance cycle. Output high - quality review documents and organize meetings for team sharing.

Job Requirements

Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in one of the following languages: =Korean, and be able to communicate with customers in oral language for business purposes. Bachelor's degree in robotics, software engineering, computer network technology, network engineering, or related majors. Familiar with Windows and Linux systems; proficient in installing and deploying computer systems; have a certain understanding of vision and point cloud technology. Candidates with a background in the robotics or autonomous forklift industry will be given priority. Proficiency in CAD - like drawing software is preferred.
