Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Countries and Positions: Egypt/Nigeria/Algeria: 2 experts per country for air conditioning installation, 2 experts per country for interior decoration. Interview Duration: Not exceeding 1 hour (specific dates negotiable, tentatively scheduled for May 15-17, 2024). Interview Fields: Air conditioning installation/Interior decoration. Language Requirements: Nigeria: English, Egypt/Algeria: Arabic or English. Compensation: For interviews conducted in English: $60-80 USD per hour. Air Conditioning Installation Experts: Experienced in air conditioning installation, familiar with various brands of air conditioners, able to clearly identify the installation difficulties for each type of air conditioner, knowledgeable about user preferences. Decoration Experts: Extensive experience in the decoration industry, deep understanding of decoration processes and customer needs, ability to clearly identify the challenges in the decoration industry, familiar with local housing conditions, housing types, living culture and habits; familiar with local residential changes and trends, and the basic trends of installing air conditioners in houses.
