1. Responsible for sales targets achievement by promoting Narwal products and managing channels sales in North America. 2. Build and maintain partnerships with distributors and retailers, including developing new sales channels, building distribution networks, establishing sales system that covers online and offline distributors and retailers. 3. Develop and manage retailer clients such as supermarkets and chain retail stores, visiting regularly and assisting clients to set up yearly and monthly sales plans with inventory management,. 4. Responsible for local sales training, sales and promotion target tracking, etc. 5. Prepare, implement, and supervise local marketing plan and promotion activities based on branding and sales strategy. 6. Generate pricing system to strategy according to analysis of competitors in target markets and product price strategy of the company.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above with minimum 3 years of local sales experience in North America. 2. Able to work in English and Chinese, with skills of fluent speaking and proficient writing. 3. Familiar with industries such as electronics and home appliances including models of sales channel, analysis of business environment, etc. 4. Familiar with local market, with proven experience in developing KAs or abundant networks and resources. 5. Strong communication and negotiation skills 6. Strong problem solving ability
