Job Responsibilities
1. Independently develop high-net-worth clients to meet or exceed capital service targets. 2. Identify and maintain client resources through various channels, screening and developing clients while building strong relationships. 3. Establish and manage community-related channels. 4. Analyze client needs and provide high-quality financial products that align with their requirements. 5. Offer continuous investment consulting services through follow-ups to achieve sales goals.
Job Requirements
1. 1+ years in the same industry, 2+ years in BD/sales, with experience in crypto wallets, wealth management, or related sales. 2. Strong ownership mentality and collaborative attitude. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs. 4. Open to remote work arrangements. 5. Priority given to candidates with extensive Crypto industry client resources. 6. Experience in community/KOL channel management is a plus.
