You will join the MLBB team with the mission of "creating exciting experiences for global players", serving global players and helping them reap joy in an amazing gaming world. Whether it's product operation, event planning, version changes, or game promotion, you have the opportunity to participate in every aspect of game operation, working alongside teammates from around the world, communicating and growing with top industry leaders, and personally participating in the operation of the world's top MOBA mobile games. 【Your responsibilities】 1. Responsible for producing operational and marketing demand research, product and event design, and player experience planning for mainstream content platforms in Southeast Asia at game nodes; 2. Responsible for in-depth understanding of game and short video user needs, understanding relevant business logic and pain points, supporting the team in collecting, analyzing and identifying problems, and developing improvement plans; 3. By collaborating across departments, coordinating resources, and combining the key points of game operation and insights from player experience analysis, carry out the reasonable evaluation of demand priorities, tracking data and player feedback, and following up on the implementation of solutions to ensure rapid project iteration and good player reputation; 4. Assist in the formation and integration of the capabilities of various functional teams, and manage corresponding communication, collaboration, and operational systems.

Job Requirements

1. Obtained a bachelor's degree or above in 2024; 2. Compassionate, inspiring, and mindful to system logical structure; 3. Possess basic English skills and be able to communicate with local Southeast Asian users in English online or offline; 4. Strong curiosity, respect for multiculturalism, good internet experience, and passion for social/Consumer/content creation products; 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, possess learning and communication skills; 6. Internet and gaming enthusiasts will receive extra points.
