Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for maintaining key accounts, including preparing export contracts, quotations, and handling customer emails. Improve customer satisfaction, response time, on-time delivery rate, and quality complaint metrics to match the standards of the domestic business team. 2. Ensure smooth coordination between supply and sales, achieving on-time delivery and quality complaint metrics that match the standards of the domestic business team. 3. Coordinate and collaborate with the supply chain sections (German-owned factories, Chinese supply chain (business team)) to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Job Requirements
1. Have worked and lived in Germany for over three years, with a good understanding of local culture. Proficient in English and German as working languages. 2. Over three years of experience in foreign trade, with experience serving B2B clients in Germany.
