Job Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for warehouse management, reasonably allocating personnel, maintaining normal warehouse operations, and ensuring accuracy of warehouse inventory and material flow data; 2. Continuously improve and refine warehouse operation standard procedures and management systems to enhance operational efficiency and supervise implementation; 3. Reasonably set and optimize warehouse area planning and layout to effectively use warehouse space; 4. Oversee physical and ERP inspection, inbound and outbound, and system auditing to ensure data accuracy; 5. Plan, inspect, supervise, evaluate, and improve daily warehouse operations such as receiving, shelving, picking, sorting, and inventory checking to ensure smooth and effective warehouse operations and steady progress of all tasks; 6. Maintain local government and embassy relations; cooperate with local branches to handle and maintain government relations; 7. Handle crisis public relations: able to manage crisis events promptly and effectively as needed; 8. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Willing to be stationed abroad for long-term (Southeast Asian countries); 2. Age around 25-35; 3. Experience working abroad and in warehouse management, with strong social skills; 4. Possession of a driver's license, with overseas driving experience preferred; 5. Proficient in English, able to communicate verbally.
