Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop long-term partnerships with key clients. 2. Increase renewal rates of our products and service offerings. 3. Identify new opportunities and explore business with potential customers. 4. Achieve sales /profitability targets and overall financial objectives for designated accounts. 5. Build strong relationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations and be able to connect with & influence decision makers. 6. Understand customer needs/expectations and provide tailor made solutions. 7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve difficult situations and complaints. 8. Manage and monitor client’s quality programs, collaborate with operations and coordinate all business activities with internal divisions. 9. Collect, assess and report market intelligence.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree (and above) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field; WORK EXPERIENCE 1-Minimum 2 years related work experience; business development, finance and/or key account management experience is an advantage; candidates with a background in energy and/or technology are preferred. SKILLS & ABILITIES 1-Fluency in English required, knowledge of German and/or Dutch is preferred, any other European languages are a plus. 2-Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3-Proactive, able to generate new ideas, good at impacting and convincing others and get initiatives implemented. 4-Excellent customer service attitude and strong at problem solving. 5-Team player; able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company 6-Ability to work independently and under pressure 7-Highly motivated and energetic personality, an achiever
