Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Under direct supervision, the Customer Account Assistant performs a variety of routine and recurring nature of clerical duties which includes skilled typing, filing, data entry, and preparation of standard forms. Helps and supports the customer account team in achieving the department's goals. - Enters document data (e.g. order entry, quotes, etc.) into the computer and types various forms and documents. Reviews customer purchase orders to assess order requirements. - Collaborates with customer account team to monitor active purchase orders and ensures order meet requirements and OTD. Review customer order books and follow-up on actions required. - Proofreads paperwork with computer for part number and for accuracy. - Adheres to record keeping processes and distributes incoming faxes and mail, operates all office machines and handle incoming calls in a professional manner.
