Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all PACE related activities within a defined area that usually encompasses a Country Managers region within responsible BU. This person will work with the BU Marketing Managers and other leadership to define priorities for HCP training. 2. Responsible for a specific targeted disease state strategy where he/she will work with marketing to identify training needs along with communicating and executing the strategies within the PACE group. 3. Responsible for managing and executing quarterly area safe & effective use training budget for Hospital Training Centers (HTC) and associated training courses, Master Class, Clinical Immersions, Mentorships and Mini-Fellowships and other PACE activities according to marketing strategy. 4. Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to develop objectives, agendas and strategies for MasterClass programs within their targeted disease state. 5. Manages educational partnerships through regular meetings to discuss program execution and the capturing of procedural adoption data. 6. Drive procedural adoption through the execution of safe & effective use training. To do this the individual will be responsible for effective evaluation of key PACE activities, mainly HTC related training courses, ensuring all surgeons submit their procedural adoption data immediately after the training course and 3 – 6 month post training. 7. Develops & nurtures key opinion leader (KOL) relationships on a local, national level. Maintains list of KOLs for targeted disease state responsibility. 8. Collaborates regularly with key internal stakeholders to include Marketing, Legal, Sales Management, Nurse Team, R&D, Regional Groups and others who may be involved with PACE activities. 9. Raises the bar by creating and implementing new strategies and educational programs to help drive procedural adoption through safe & effective use training.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor degree in clinical medicine, education, biology. Equivalent business or clinical experience preferred. 2、Three to five years in Sales Training or Marketing Management Experience preferred. Successful sales experience with Covi.dien or related medical device industry preferred. Medical Education experience highly desirable. 3、Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet. 4、 Ability to meet deadlines, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple, complex tasks, ability to maintain composure under pressure. 5、Presentation Skills. SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various business contacts (e.g., surgeons and internal customers). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills cross functionally. Articulate; good oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner to others. Strong analytical skills Demonstrated record of influence management Self-directed demonstrating high degree of initiative Strong understanding of procedural information and related product application. Ability to establish proper priorities. Excellent organizational skills. Operate within budgetary limits. Able to understand marketing strategies and make sound business decisions based on focused marketing strategy
