Job Responsibilities
Manage all processes; maintain project workflows on a day-to-day basis. Produce Client and team documentation; status reports and contact reports, statement of work documents, cost estimates, project timelines, creative briefs and reviews, and campaign performance reports. Manage billings, payments, and creative assets according to the project timeline. Participate in the development of brief/creative strategies. Brief Creative Teams and provide guidance to ensure fulfillment of Client objectives and expectations. Help create and present Client proposals. Manage vendors effectively.
Job Requirements
Related marketing experience (incl. internship in Marketing or Advertising Agency). Solid understanding of basic marketing principles. Detail-oriented, strategically minded, resourceful, organized, and accountable. Proven ability to present ideas clearly, comprehensively, and logically. Has a positive and assertive attitude and a “can do” spirit. Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office. Good written and oral English; Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
