Job Responsibilities

• Full-stack Web Developer for the proprietary iRobot application. • Designing and advising on appropriate deployment environment with a comprehensive database model. • Providing guidance to a contracted development team. • All other tasks delegated by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 3+ years engineering experience with multiple languages and frameworks. • Experience implementing web applications in a Django framework. • Experience with vue.js. • Proficient with Object Oriented design/programming. • Proficient in Python, JS, HTML5, and CSS. • Proficient in RESTful API, JSON, SQL, MySQL, database design. • Knowledgeable in AWS Services such as EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, ApiGateway, DynamoDB, IAM, SNS, CloudFront, CloudFormation. • CI/CD Tools – Jenkins, Docker, Gradle, Maven, Makefile, NPM, Puppet, BitBucket GIT (Source Control). • Software Development Lifecycle – Agile (Jira, Confluence). • Strong written and verbal communications. • Work with Platform Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and QA.
