Job Responsibilities
1. College degree or above; 2. Native in English or Russian. Good at Mandarin; 3. Good at communicating with people and have a good attitude; 4. Customer service experience is preferred; 5. Positive response, responsibility and team spirit; 6. Fresh graduate is considerable.
Job Requirements
1. Answer customer calls/solve customer problems online. 2. Provide customers with business consulting and answering. 3. Customer complaint handling, customer advice and other services, and solve problems for customers in a timely manner. 4. Have the opportunity to become a language tutor.
