Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the overall customer service operations in Thailand for company, including the formation of the customer service team, the establishment of customer service policies and procedures, and the enhancement and optimization of user experience. 2. Analyze customer service data to provide suitable operational strategies for Thailand business, aiming to better serve users and increase the usage rate among locals and tourists. 3. Effectively collaborate with the business and R&D teams to promote the optimization and enhancement of hardware, software, and pricing strategies. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above from university, proficient in both Chinese and Thai. Candidates who are fluent in Chinese, Thai, and English are preferred. 2. At least 5 years of customer service experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. 3. Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resilience. 4. Have an entrepreneurial mindset, be good at summarizing, and possess strong analytical, review, and reflection abilities. 5. Have strong self-control, self-motivation, a sense of responsibility, resilience, optimism, a long-term perspective, and a results-oriented approach.
