Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for supporting overseas customers to carry out the implementation, deployment and project delivery of mobile robots and their related peripheral products; 2. Technical support for industrial mobile robot ontology products, system software products and their core control products, analyzing, processing and solving on-site application problems, completing customer skills training, analyzing and transmitting customer needs, answering customer questions and consultations, etc.; 3. Participate in the company's product iteration throughout the process, propose improvement items or improvement items according to the application situation, and cooperate with R&D to complete them together; 4. Participate in the development of customer robots, and assist customers in the development of mobile robot products remotely or on-site.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering education background, with electronic communication, computer or industrial related work experience is preferred. Familiar with the common industrial factory environment, basic skills in network, industrial automation or other robot systems are preferred, and the skill background includes but is not limited to: sensors, servo motor debugging, Linux system, network debugging, manipulator, PLC, machine vision, industrial automation design, industrial software, IoT data acquisition, etc.; 2. Love and be optimistic about the industrial robot industry for a long time, and be willing to grow together with the company; 3. Strong learning ability, strong curiosity and desire to study, strong sense of responsibility, and dare to carry things; 4. Fluent communication level in German listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently communicate with overseas customers.
