Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: (I)Curriculum and Teaching 1.Successfully teach and deliver the class from primary to middle school, using English as the medium of curriculum delivery, doing the job of PE （experienced on teaching swimming, baskteball, tennis or football ）; 2.Providing an effective learning environment through sound behavior and classroom management; 3.Ability to draft lesson plans on regular basis with clear indication of the targeted learning outcomes and relevant teaching methods; 4.Assign appropriate homework, correct and give guidance to students; 5.Keeping accurate student assessment records and preparation of student reports; 6.Organizing and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening; 7.Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records; 8.Option of participate in the summer camp activity lasts 2-3 weeks and participate in the program design of the summer camp every year with extra payment; 9.Take part in the periodic student recruitment activities of the school by offering large group presentations and teaching demonstrations aimed specifically at demonstrating our methods and school entrance requirement; 10.Take part in the staff recruitment by offering professional analysis during the interview when school needs. (II) Class management 1. Work in the classroom and manage the daily routine of the class with the co-teachers. 2. Organize students to participate in physical activities between periods once a day. 3. Parents communication, answers parents' questions. 4. Organize and attend parent conference. 5. Develop students ’s social emotion and character education. 6. Cultivate students' character by guiding their daily behaviors. 7. Undertake the safety work of students and create a safe learning environment. 8. Create visible learning classroom environment and culture. 9. Organize and participate in college activities. (III) School contribution and personal growth 1. Participate in the school's admission activities, such as promotional events, design test paper and grading, presentation, interview, etc. 2. Take part in various school activities of the school, such as the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, festival celebration, union activities, sports meeting, etc. 3. Participate in Professional development organized by internal and external institutions.

Job Requirements

1．Bachelor degree or above in the subject; 2．Aboard Teaching qualification; 3．Three or more years teaching experience; 4．A demonstrated high level of commitment to teaching excellence; 5．An understanding and commitment to being a team player.
