Job Responsibilities
1. Answer customers' pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales consultation by email or telephone, improving customer experience. 2. Analysis of post-sales data, and give the feedback to amazon team. 3. Optimizing the description of products's listing. 4. Cooperate with other team work and complete the tasks assigned on time. Working Time: Mon-Fri 10am-7:30pm Holiday: Chinese legal holidays
