Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Handle the business orders from Amazon (us), the company's cross-border e-commerce platform, and follow up in a timely manner. 2. Timely reply to customers' emails and inquiries, and answer questions related to products. 3. Answer customers' pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales consultation by email or telephone. 4. Responsible for dealing with customer objections and maintaining customer relations to ensure favorable comment rating of products. 5. Can actively learn and understand various new products and product knowledge to serve customers.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English reading and writing, good at listening and speaking. 2. Careful and exact in work, good at expressing thoughts and communication. Working hours: 0:00-9:00 or 1:00-10:00
