Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the comprehensive management of overseas digital marketing initiatives, developing and executing strategies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads placements to ensure the attainment of quarterly lead generation targets. 2. Optimize ad copy, creative materials, and landing pages to enhance click-through rates and conversion rates through A/B testing; establish a reusable template library for advertising assets. 3. Develop an integrated SEO and EDM marketing system to drive organic traffic while improving email marketing conversion rates. 4. Monitor return on investment (ROI) for ad placements, adjust budget allocations in real-time as necessary, and produce weekly performance analysis reports on placements. Address any abnormal cost fluctuations within 24 hours. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead quality metrics and create an ROI conversion model from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).

Job Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing; proficiency in back-end operations for LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is essential; familiarity with HubSpot is preferred; agency experience is a plus. 2. Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Tableau; capable of independently conducting data modeling and attribution analysis for advertising campaigns. 3. Results-driven mindset with strong awareness of cost control (evidence of successful Cost Per Lead reduction cases required). 4. Fluent in both English and Chinese; able to quickly grasp cultural nuances of international markets while effectively participating in cross-time zone meetings.
