Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain good relationships with key automotive clients. Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities. Achieve sales targets and regularly report on client performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of sales or key account management experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English; German as a working language is a plus. A team player capable of working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to travel as required.
