Job Responsibilities

1. preparing original English musical scripts in collaboration with team and foreign teachers. 2. maintaining relationships with students, parents and school authorities. 3. develop lesson plans and rehearsal schedules 4. act as translator for foreign teachers' subjects and student management. 5. be responsible for performance rehearsals and backstage management. 6. other related teaching assistant or performance duties

Job Requirements

1. language skills: proficiency in spoken and written English 2. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Performing Arts, Education and English 3. Performing arts expertise preferred (singing, dance, drama, musical instruments, etc.) 4. computer skills: good, skilled in using some common office software 5. familiarity with and enjoyment of Broadway musicals 6. relevant work experience: 1-2 years of experience in the education industry or performance industry, fresh graduates are welcome to submit 7. able to adapt to flexible working hours
