Job Requirements
Requirements Essential: 1. A minimum of 3-5 years frontline sales and business development experience in the B2B space. 2. Solid team management skills, with the ability to implement procedures and instill team standards. 3. Be able to motivate and evaluate team performance. 4. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. 5. Native level fluency in English. 6. Experience in developing and delivering sales pitches. 7. Is willing to travel as necessary. Desirable: 1. Experience training and mentoring subordinates. 2. Proven sales track record in financial or consulting industry with an understanding of the financial services industry and key financial concepts. 3. Experience developing and managing an annual sales process. 4. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Accountabilities and measures of achievement 1. Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business. 2. Accountable for implementation of sales targets and performance objectives. 3. Accountable for the thorough implementation of both the sales process and campaigns. 4. Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales process. 5. Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for an effective sales programme. 6. Achievement of strategic objectives defined by the company.
