Job Responsibilities
1. According to the requirements of the Group and the company's overall strategic planning, assist the superior leadership to complete the strategic planning and key tasks decomposition, definition, the formation of specific key work items or tasks, and regular follow-up assessment; 2.Responsible for the statistical analysis of the company's operating indicators, forming routine statements and reports, assisting senior leaders to organize and convene the Economic Management Conference, forming minutes and tasks, and promoting the completion; 3.Participate in the company's important projects, from the project, planning, implementation to monitoring, closing the whole control, reasonable deployment of manpower, material and financial resources, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and with high quality, to achieve the predetermined business objectives and efficiency targets; 4.According to the company's annual performance, dismantle the quarterly organizational performance of each department, formulate organizational performance tracking plan, and promote the results of the review and implementation of the mechanism cycle; 5.Other temporary work assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics, management or other related majors; 2. Chinese can be the working language; 3. good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with various departments; 4. clear logic and certain writing skills; 5. Skilled in the use of various types of office software.
