Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the power DQE team to formulate product reliability test plans, product inspection standards, and non-standard DOE experimental designs according to product design specification requirements to ensure the smooth mass production of new projects. Coordinate the power DQE team to participate in/lead competitor analysis, project approval evaluation, design review, trial production, and review during the pilot production stage. Identify product design risk points from a quality perspective and drive improvements. Coordinate the power DQE team to lead the collection of problem points during the new product introduction stage, organize discussions and analyses of problem points, and verify and confirm countermeasures. Coordinate the power DQE team to lead the reliability testing and experimental design verification of new materials and technologies, and output relevant feasibility assessment reports. Construct experimental design models, verify relevant test parameters, and continuously optimize product test standards. Assist in analyzing and solving major quality issues of products during the mass production stage at the customer end, and drive continuous internal improvement. Regularly review and identify project pain points, continuously optimize, formulate team KPIs, and motivate the team to maintain its competitiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in majors related to electronics, communication, and computer. More than 5 years of DQE experience in the power category, and more than 3 years of work experience as a DQE supervisor. Have an electronic foundation, be familiar with switching power supply circuits and electronic components, and have a certain understanding of NPI and electronic product production processes. Be able to independently write test plans, test standards, and environmental reliability test standards, and be able to guide and train subordinates. Have rich team management capabilities, and be familiar with team building, motivation, management, etc. Be honest, highly responsible, rigorous in style, strong in principles, and have overall planning and coordination abilities.
