Job Responsibilities
1.Verify and prepare accounting vouchers, organize and preserve financial accounting archives. 2.Register and maintain various subsidiary ledgers and general ledgers. 3.Reconcile accounts regularly; if discrepancies are found, identify the causes and handle accounting adjustments related to closing entries. 4.Design accounting forms, analyze financial structures, and prepare accounting reports and statements. 5.Implement fund budgets specifically, control budgeted expenditure, manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, intangible assets, and accrue and calculate taxes, expenses, depreciation, and other cost items monthly. 6.Complete other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Requirements
1.A bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, auditing, or related fields. 2.At least one year of experience in corporate financial work; candidates with a junior accountant qualification or manufacturing industry experience will be given priority. 3.Proficient in national fiscal and tax laws and regulations, financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, financial forecasting, and other financial systems and operations. 4.Familiar with national accounting regulations and knowledgeable about tax regulations and related tax policies. 5.Familiar with banking operations and tax filing procedures. 6.Fluent in Chinese and English as a working language, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 7.Proficient in using financial software and office applications.
