Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in the international market; 2. According to the marketing plan, complete the department's sales target; Ability to comprehensively analyze the needs of the global market; 3. Responsible for daily management and management, guidance, training and evaluation of subordinate employees; 4. Establish and optimize the operation process and management system of the company's trade business; 5. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers. 6. Collect and sort out relevant market development trends, demand changes and customer feedback data information. 7. Be able to build a team independently and have certain team management skills. 8. Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in international trade and foreign trade English; 2. Familiar with the various processes of trade work and related laws and regulations, familiar with trade terms, logistics, customs declaration and tax knowledge; 3. 3 years of foreign trade team management experience; More than 5 years of business work experience 4. With strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in computer office software; 5. Have good management, communication and problem-solving skills, good negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance. 6. Rich experience in lithium battery industry is preferred.
