Job Responsibilities
Collect and analyze market information to build logistics products that align with the company's strategy and meet market demands. Benchmark products against top market enterprises, monitor real-time market dynamics, and formulate competitive prices and services. Integrate end-to-end customs clearance and delivery resources, continuously optimize supplier resources suitable for the company, and effectively manage suppliers. Design and manage product SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Handle specific issues in daily operations, coordinate and promote cooperation among relevant parties. Organize regular product training to help sales, customer service and other related departments fully understand product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Language requirement: TEM-8 (Test for English Majors, Band 8) or equivalent English proficiency; Work experience: Relevant experience in cross-border logistics, product management and operations; Ability requirements: Strong logical thinking and language expression skills; understanding of basic operations of traditional air and sea freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce logistics processes and market dynamics; good team spirit.
