Job Responsibilities

-Conduct transcreation of the in-game content to ensure a top-quality experience. -Based on the direction given by the Lead Translator, transcreate content as assigned. -Proofread and cross-check the language content. -Conduct in-game testing to ensure appropriateness and quality in-game. -UI tweak: ensure a clean and appealing UI. -UX tweak: analyze core systems, mechanics, tutorials, etc. to ensure the best UX possible for the title. -Any other responsibilities the organization deems necessary.

Job Requirements

-Native or near-native proficiency in both Dutch and English. -Impeccable mastery of grammar, syntax, and spelling. -1-2 years of experience as English > Dutch translator. -Ability to write creative translations. -Detail-oriented. -Ability to work under pressure or/and overtime when it's required by the project needs. -Experienced in CAT tools. -Avid gamer strongly preferred. -Game industry-related translation experience is a big plus.
