Job Responsibilities
Take full charge of the overall construction management and control of projects in Indonesia. Lead the organizational management and team building of construction projects, implement relevant laws and regulations of the host country, strictly enforce company rules, and bear full responsibility for achieving project goals in quality, schedule, cost, safety, and civilized construction. Establish and improve work contact systems, build good coordination mechanisms with local competent authorities, construction units, design units, supervision units, and subcontractors, and resolve major coordination issues in projects. Preside over the review of overall project management plans, quality plans, and construction organization designs. Scientifically organize production elements such as personnel, materials, and machinery, and strictly fulfill the work content and agreements of engineering contracts. Strictly implement the company's financial system and strengthen project budgeting and cost management. Accept supervision and inspection of engineering projects by local government departments, cooperate with audits by relevant authorities, and regularly report to the company. Organize the quality self-assessment of engineering projects and self-inspections before completion acceptance to ensure projects pass final inspections. Prepare and submit application documents for project completion acceptance and participate in the acceptance process.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major: Civil engineering, project management, or related fields. Language Skills: Fluent in English as a working language; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus. Professional Knowledge: Proficient in construction and management processes for civil and steel structure projects; familiar with construction and technical specifications for civil and steel structure engineering; deep understanding of relevant professional knowledge for civil and steel structure projects. Work Experience: At least 8 years of comprehensive project management experience. At least 2 project management roles in building construction and steel structure projects, with no records of project losses or serious misconduct. Overseas work experience and industrial plant construction project experience are required. Team Building Ability: Strong sense of overall situation and service spirit, able to integrate into teams quickly, motivate team members effectively, and demonstrate strong talent identification and utilization skills. Competencies: Strong planning, organizational, and execution capabilities.
